3kg - a bunch of lightweights...

3kg is my current (as of 2008) musical project.

We consist of

• Rosey Jeffcott - vocals, harmonies, and percussion
• Dave Wright - drums, vocals, and harmonies
• Jeff James - bass, vocals, and harmonies
• Davey Lane - vocals, harmonies, rhythm guitar, percussion

We've also got a flutist, Helen Telford, rehearsing with us at the moment, and we're hoping to perform with her in the near future!

2006 recordings

The recordings below were created in 2006 by a previous line-up, featuring Tom Adams on lead guitar, vocals, and harmonies. They were recorded with the invaluable technical assistance of Mr. Davey "lil' Chuck lil'" Thorpe on a Saturday in December 2006 - he provided his lounge, many cups of tea, and his recording/engineering skills gratis - for that we thank him heap! All of the recordings are first takes, and most of them have the odd blemish, but they're our children so we love 'em warts and all.
